Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event’s scheduled start time, including last-minute cancellations. For further information or assistance, please contact our team.
Reservation Holding Time
We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. If you are running late, please contact our team in advance so we can assist with any possible adjustments. Your table may be released if you do not arrive within this period and have not notified us.
Dress Code & Venue Policy
Our dress code is smart casual. Tailored shorts paired with proper shoes are welcome.
Flip-flops, rubber sandals, Crocs, sportswear, swim shorts, sports jackets, jerseys, bikinis,
hoodies, and singlets are not permitted. Cameras, outside food, and outside beverages are
strictly prohibited.
Dietary Requests
Tell us in advance about preferences or allergies. For Omakase, we’ll confirm what’s possible and craft a sequence that works for you.
Groups & Special Occasions
Celebrating? We can suggest seating, pre-select menu highlights, and coordinate a cake or bottle service.
Dining Duration
Your table is reserved for two hours from your scheduled reservation time to accommodate subsequent reservations.
